RESERVATION POLICIES:

If it is your first time to visit us, please contact us to reserve your space for a trial class or individual session

After your initial visit, it is not necessary to reserve your place in class.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment please text 202-439-4188 (Please be sure to say who you are and the time of your appointment) at least 24 hours ahead of your scheduled appointment time.

MEDICAL CONCERNS:

It is your responsibility to share any medical conditions you may have with us before you begin your first session. We will take into consideration your condition, however You are responsible for your physical well being while you are taking classes.
